Francisco Rendon comes to Back2Basics Outdoor Adventures with more than 15 years of experience working in various social and mental health programs. Francisco graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.A. in Psychology in 1998. His first job after college was working with young children and teenagers in an inpatient residential program that addressed severe mental health and substance abuse issues. In 1999 Francisco began work in a mental health organization providing crisis management to families and clinical leadership to staff. In 2005 Francisco began working for the State of Arizona as a Child Protective Service worker providing reunification services to families and conducting investigations of neglect and abuse against minors.
Francisco has extensive work history in mediation, crisis management, and recovery services. Francisco’s greatest passions are his wife and three children. He loves cooking, philosophy, music, and movies.
